Is the person who feeds the grossly obese person guilty of elder abuse? Considering the obesity will lead to an early death ?

they should feel guilty, but they also cant help but still feed the person cuz it would make them feel bad if they didnt. its a catch 22. either way they're gonna feel bad.

If a person is hired by an obese person, as an attendant, to provide service, the service provider is responsible to provide whatever services the obese person requests. The service provider is not responsible to make sure the employer is not overeating, not eating the wrong foods, or is getting sufficient exercise, unless those specific duties are spelled out clearly and comprehensively in a service contract. It is the obese employer's responsibility to decide what they will or will not consume and how much.

not feeding them will result in early death as well. Abuse is to purposely, willfully hurt or neglect a person, so if you are feeding healthy food that is not high in calories, but nutrious you cannot be hurting them, however, if you feed them a bag of candy, bags of potato chips and Mc barf burgers, yeah that could be construed as abuse
