how do i contact previous employers about receiving my w-2 forms?

Contact by phone, by email, by letter, or by visiting the previous place of employment.. and asking about getting your W-2 if you don't receive it by the first week of Feb.

They will send to you through the mail. You can call them and ask them when they are going to send out w-2 forms.

Just call them. By law they have to give them to you, b/c by law you have to file them.
