So, I'd have to say, hmmmm, all the respectable Mom & Pop establishments!

I prefer Target but the nearest Target is over 50 miles away but the nearest WalMart is only about 10.

Target all the way!!! Walmart always have messy shelves and it seems as if every morning an angrey mob has run through the door and destored everything! I rarely find what I am looking for there. Plus, at least Target has style!!! (Walmart food is sometimes good tho!!!)
