Cold call potential customers and offer a spring special or something of that nature....a reasonable fee to check and clean the system.

Send flyers to potential customers, ones that list common mistakes people make with their heater/AC units. Maybe articles on humidity, allergens, etc. You know more about this stuff than I do! smiling

Do what she said, but most importantly... be honest,& cheap, don't charge for what people don't need, give them a break if they need, Remember, word of mouth is your best ad. it can make or break you!
