Believe it or not a lot of times if I'm dreaming, my dream self will "in some way" (best not to elaborate) go to or look for a bathroom. That usually wakes me up (and I usually have to use the can).

It depends on the dream. I always wake up when I'm falling in my dream. I feel myself falling then right before I hit the ground I wake up. Or I'm just moving and I wake myself up.

My daughter saying mom wake up! She wakes up way to early. At least she bring me coffee

When I'm being chased by something and I can't escape, I wake up. I guess I force myself to wake up.

Well if its bad, i wake up cuz i don't want it to go any longer.
And if it about my boyfriend, well either i wake up in the middle of the night to think about him. lol. I guess thats all...
