A cop is a person in my neighborhood in my neighborhood in my neighborhood oh a cop is a person in my neighborhood, hes a person that I meet when Im walking down the street hes a person that I meet each day :)

I wish the people in my neighborhood were Bert and Ernie and Big Bird and Oscar and Elmo (if he would stop laughing half the time to calm down) and Grover and all the rest. But, no, I live around some people that are stuck up. And, that is not good.

I have the mentally ill walking by my house w/ grocery carts and bikes w/ baskets and walkers w/ baskets and bikes with "wagon type objects" attached to the back of them going by my house in my town w/ less than 600 ppl populating it every day becuz there is low income housing a stones throw away from me, it's pretty weird. they are all on ss and insanity drugs and it's a little scary.

They're the ones from California, Iowa, Mississippi, Mexico and Morocco and some of them were actually born and raised here.
