I am that person you just described. I couldn't have said it better. However, when it comes right down to the final moment of whatever the situation is, I am the one who will rise up and take care of things, family, and friends. I really have to watch out for those little things, though. They're the worst for me because they come crawling out of nowhere.

No, if things pile up, I think will it make a difference a month from now whether I worry about it or not. I do not worry about the things I have no control over, its wasted energy. What's going to happen will happen. Small stuff just doesn't make a difference anymore. It took me a while to learn this, but once you got it down pat, you can live your life much easier and without stress,

do not sweat the petty, puppy the sweaty. Oh, and that i would be unable to stand... those people who squeeze the toothpaste interior the midsection. Caps off of the toothpaste. do not positioned the bathroom paper on the curler so that's hassle-free to take with out searching for it, or having to roll it to discover it. the people who go away hair on a bar of cleansing soap while they get out of the bathe, or perhaps hair interior the tube,(Wash that stuff down). speaking alongside with your mouth crammed with nutrition. There are a million little issues which could build to make you hate yet somebody else (surprisingly in case you reside with them), yet once you will hit upon that somebody you are able to, you're way previous to the interest.

I don't sweat the big stuff or the small things.....I take whatever life throws at me and tackle it head on. It's all a matter of putting things into perspective!

All the time. I find the only thing that helps is thinking "Is this going to matter in five years? Am I even going to remember this?" But that only works sometimes. Most of the time- I am so obsessive over small, stupid things it's crazy,

Oh yes. Every single day, I do this. I spend hours on the Internet looking for things people may have written about me. I worry about every look I gave people or every look they gave me. I worry about what they said and what I said and what I did and how I walked and who is watching how I look and walk and act and if I smile, etc, etc, etc, etc.
I really need to take tranquilizers. But I am so afraid of everything and everyone that I am afraid of those pills, too.

Not anymore. I just say, "things could be worse" and this makes me grateful that it is small stuff.
