I read both, they are pretty much the same book. They have so much in common its laughable. I'd have to say I liked Davinci Code better, but not by much.

I saw the movie "The Divinci code". I didn't like it.
I was hoping to see a good movie with all the hype, but it turned out to be a big disappointment.

I can't comment on "Angels and Demons".

Angels and Demons was way better.

If you want to read the book that influenced DaVinci, read "Holy Blood, Holy Grail" by Michael Baigent and Richard Leigh

I didn't read either book. I liked the movie the Da Vinci code because it suggested how important Mary was to Jesus. A love story that was taken out of the scriptures is the way I see it. As for conspiracies in religious history; it speaks for itself regardless of some movie. One way or another someone is writing fiction.

Once you've read one Dan Brown novel, you've read 'em all. They all have the same basic plot outline (hope you're listening, Dan).

Actually A&D is better than DVC, but both are badly researched and badly written
