How to read a stopwatch accuracy to nearest seconds if it show : 34s25ms?

because 34s25ms is closer to 34s than 34s50ms (in which case you'd round up to 35s)

the first guy is right unless the watch uses millisecs that only go up to 30. in that case it would be 35 if youre rounding but i would still call it 34
