what countries have free college or higher learning education?

are there any? i'm just wondering if anyone had any related information.

Ireland, Germany, Sweden, and I believe Britian, just to name a few. Most Scandinavian countries do too

Some states offer free college to students, if they have lived there for a year.

And if you join the army, they will pay for your college education.

ones with really high tax rates, and ones that treat education as a privilege not as a chance to goof off and feel good about yourself like in the states.
