Does anyone know how easy it is to get a drivers lisence in Venezuela? as a citizen.?

Ok you have two ways.

1) you can BUY it, illegally, you won't get caught, you will have someone do it for you and give it to you with your name without you having to move a finger but it will cost you like a million bolivares, OR

2) you can go to the place in caracas or puerto cabello, take the test, and wait for your liscence which will be given to you the same day... it's easier that way

No. Should I? I'm from Venezuela, but I left when I was 9, so I was never reallly able to get a driver's license...
