Really people, why ask questions like "Do all Christians know the bible is the biggest lie ever told?" "Why are all liberals so retarded?" "All gays are so unatural and they need to die horrible deaths." Why do people do that? I think everyone should have an opinion about things, but why do they try to be abrasive? And dont get me wrong, I take everything lightly, but I just wonder how other people feel about this kind of crap.

They say ignorance is bliss, so I figure most of those folks must be blissfully full. LOL
I try hard to ignore those kinds of questions, because they don't really want a well thought out, intelligent answer, they just want to fight. I actually broke down and answered one the other day that was typical of the kind you mean. It was: why are so many poor women fat? why don't they stop buying food and buy homes? but I shouldn't have. It was pointless, because as I said, she just wanted to fight. Like my mom used to tell all of us: "If you'll just keep your mouth shut, no one will have to know!" (she meant just how ignorant we really were being!)

Good Point! There are 3 topics that can stir up the pot. Religion, Politics and Sex. I think sometimes people like to vent on things they either don't understand or are bitter about. I use to find myself getting into this, but like you I am taking it lightly now. Good Question.

A lot of people love a good debate even if it means they're selfishly being a jerk in the process.
Others just love being mean.

Often I'll go in just to bust their balls...
but sometimes it's so pathetic...I don't even waste the energy!

I do not know but it is so annoying. Sometimes I don't think they even care what they ask, as long as they get a rise out of them.

I try to have fun with those questions if i can. if someone is mentally ill or a child i'm much kinder
