If you have a Chuck E. Cheese in your area that is a good place for the kids.
Also, a local Video Arcade that hosts kids parties is a good choice.
Or you could do what I'm doing for my birthday and gather everybody in Las Vegas....OK not a great choice for kids, but the adults will have a good time.

If you think being in a house with fifteen kids is bad try to imagine going to a amusment park and haveing to keep an eye on all of them, what if something happens, better have a few parents to give a helping hand.

Call the closest swimming pool and ask when you can get a weekend group rate. Have your kid's pals' parents drop them there, but ask your fave two or three parents to help you for the afternoon.
Meanwhile, call your local Subway sandwich place and arrange to pick up a bunch of munchies while your kid and pals burn off energy at the pool. You and another parent get the food, while another parent takes photos at the pool.
Finally, take the whole bunch to a park to eat and play -- bring balls and frisbees. Another parent can take photos. Finally, make two teams of kids to see who can clean up litter fastest, and give the winners extra scoops of ice cream.
