How can I delete viruses that are in the registry?

Please someone help I.E. can't view flash or my e-mails and I tried reinstalling but no success and it's deleting me from veiwing my lan connections.

A good program to use is ad aware SE Professional. It will go through your entire hard drive and search for viruses and spy ware that may be on your computer. It works very well. Also there are just registry cleaners which you could find for free on http://www.downloads.com or http://www.pcworld.com

Try "spybot serch and destroy" or "registory macanic". iv used them and it seemed to work.
