a rupee or two i guess.
a single cd sale would fetch him 2 or 3 rupees.
a whole bunch would give him 1 or 1.5 tops on each cd.
so the margin depends on the volume of cds sold.

That depends on how much he is selling it for.
So there is really no fixed profit.
A normal MMore cd cost Rs.6.50/- wholesale. A really low price for it is Rs.8.50/- But I know of retail outlets that sell the same MMore cds for 9-10 rupees.
Now again there some wholesalers sell the cds to retialers for around 7 - 7.50 rupees and there are some wholesaler who retail in major cities like bangalore mumbai and they sell the same MMore for 6.50 and they selll it to retailers for 6 rupees.
Those retailers get great volumes of cd sales and they keep only 50 paise to 1 rupee and sell cd for 7 rupees max.
It depends on why you want this information. If you are willing to get into cd sales then You a better question would be
"what is the cheapest wholesale price of a cd(for each brand and in which city)?"
The cheapes cds are available in Mumbai Chennai and Delhi.
If you want to make more profit you can buy it as Wholesaler. They get it for 5.5 to 6 rupees for MMore. Cheaper for cheaper imported brands. Or you can get on the internet and order cds from china/taiwan. You will have to buy a container that contains around 7500000 cds. That time you will get each cd for aroun 2-3 rupees.
If you are asking the price to bargain with your retailer. You can never be really sure. But I think MMOre a good rate would be atleast 8.5 and Moser Baer 9.5 and sony 10
