I'm guessing you are talking about W-2's? They are supposed to be mailed out in time to get to you by Feb. 1. But as long as they are postmarked no later than Jan. 31, they are okay.

January 31st..........however good luck pushing the issue with the government they weren't much help when a former employer didn't get me my W-2 until March one year!!!
