Yes. But depending on the school, there may be some course requirements before you can actually apply. The master's program will list what you need to have before you can be accepted, sometimes if you haven't taken the exact course, they may accept an equivalent course from your bachelor's program. Otherwise, if you are missing some courses, you'll have to take them before you can apply.

Probably but you should have worked with a advisor. I have an associate degree and I work with and advisor they would have told you which classes transfer.
