Velcro worked for me. I glued velcro to each corner of the mattress and to the frame. Rubber backings also help from sliding too.

Sew some straps to it that will fasten it down to the frame.
Vecro is an idea but I doubt it will stay fastened.
You could make the straps as simple or fancy as you like just try to make them to match the mattress.

Glue foam rubber on the parts the mattress is lying on, this way it won't shift even when it is upright.

tie a piece of rope the same color as the matress in the fold pull it tight from end to end . works well and not really notisible

there is a product they have in most flooring places, its made to keep rugs from moving on hardwwod floors, its a non skid cloth. should work well for your situation
