The play I'm doing in local theater is Guys and Dolls...I can't decide who to audition for!! I was thinking on settling with Arvide, but part of me wants a singing part...

I've been involved with the production often, and any part is a good one, as is the entire show.
I assume you know it, and can audition for or pull off any part?
In any event the show is often a CHORUS related issue, so you may have an opportunity to both; ACT and Sing.
Good choice though, for something to be involved with. It's likey one of those shows everyone can have fun with. Good Luck

Arvide is a singing part, he has a beautiful and touching song called "More I Cannot Wish You" in which he tells Sarah of his hopes for her future happiness.
but it's such a great show, you can't go wrong with any of the parts!
