As long as she is trustworthy, there shouldn't be any problem.

I have a steadfast rule that I only share the silly stuff! If you let other people into your relationship, it's only going to cause trouble.
If you vent to your friend about your man, she's going to focus on the negative and end up thinking he's a jerk, even though the two of you have patched things up and moved on. OR, as you have found, you end up feeling awkward after sharing details about your relationship when you're angry.
This is my advice--buy a diary. I know this sounds very "middle school" but here's the reason. Whenever you are upset, take out your diary and write the person a "letter" detailing how you feel and why. Write until you get it all out. Then put it away.
You'll be amazed at how articulating your feelings on paper gives the same release as venting to your friends and no one will ever know except you!
(It's also good to be able to look back at things that have made you upset and be able to put them in perspective later on.)

i look at it this way go back to jr. high when you had a fight with your best friend. you went home and told your parents all the mean things you could and why you were fighting and then in a week you were friends again however your parents didn't forget about it.
sometimes i tell my friends things when we are having a girls night and everyone is ranting and raving about it. but most things aren't really that big of a deal and if i know it's not something serious then why bother i don't need my friends looking down on my husband because i exagerated something small and worse off women tell their husbands things. then not only do my friends know the issues so do their husbands. i don't need that, i would siggest writing a journal. it helps a lot.
good luck

Dear Silver Star,
If you want to keep shinning talk to your man not you girlfriend it will make you a better wife. Your frustrations shouldn't be shared with her, this is personal between the two of you. If you really need to talk to someone other that your husband seek therapy (marriage counseling). Your guilt is your guide; Love your man today as he may not be there tomorrow! Best of luck to you both.

As a male, I hate shirts that's scratchy and can't even absorb sweat. It's just like wearing plastic. I also hate most jeans because they are so tight, heavy, uncomfortable, and restrict my movement. Particularly when I use tight belt too, every time I have flatulence or diarrhea, the effect becomes greater :(

Yes, I have had that happen to me before. So I guess we need to really think before we tell our friends stuff about our hubby's. Things seem really bad in a heated fight then after the fact its like what was the big deal??

No because I needed to let off steam at the time. Probably the reason we are still together today.

You really should never talk bad about your husband and your problems about him with anyone... You need to got to him about it when you feel something... It is very disrespectful to do this to him behind his back... How would you feel if he was talking and saying mean things about you behind his back... Just vow in your heart to not do this to him behind his back again.

I have never done that. I've heard too many stories about the husband running off with the wife's best friend because she told it all...
