infranview is amazing! Just type it in any search engine and it will bring you to a site where you can download it! It isn't quite photoshop..you can't cut things out, but you can do all kinds of cool textures and contrasts on your photo! It pretty awesome, and absolutely free. I was messing with photos for hours when i got it! They come out so cool! if you have any questions about it, let me know! ~Peace~

Infranview is a free download that lets you do picture editing.
Search it and you should find places to get it.

I am not sure if you can find it on-line, but I use printshop deluxe. This program has an awesome photo goo program.
