and it held no interest at all. Then I tried again, after hearing it was the #1 show and felt the same-eh. Who wants to watch a bunch of people and their problems ina hospital setting. I don't even want to be in a hospital when I am sick and have to be. So, why the big deal?

Never b4 hav njoy hospital show. Jargon, boring drama, awful! - C hot gal / guy undressed / shagg / coitus interuptus - "oopsies" happens so often its hilarius. Surpriz how much tail thay get wif pass eech other 'round STI's like hot dogs @ ball park.

It's a nice way to leave the woes of every day life and laugh at a little dry humor and see some fictional pain. Some of the issues are real and people can relate. It's entertainment and I think too many people try to analyze televison when that's not what it's about. I enjoy it but I know it's fiction and not real.

I'm not sure. All that happens is people cry, and sometimes they throw in some medical jargon. When you watch it you can watch a soap opera type show, while thinking that you are watching something intellectual or something like that.

I soooo agree and think u cant be more right, it must be the most boring show ive ever seen, I guess the whole popular thing is like ppl watch alot of crappy things just take survivor for intance like wut the hell is that, starvin ppl for entertainment common now where are our values and morals. I say down with reality tv, bring back the late night variety shows...gooooooo conan

It's the fast pace hospital atmosphere, the sexy doctors, the fun love tangles, the side remarks when they're operating on people...It's a good show but I totally understand its not for everyone.

I think it has interesting story lines w/ the medical aspects but mostly it is like a night time soap opera in a sense - i think that is the key to why it is so popular....

I think the writing and storylines are phenomenal, and there is great onscreen chemistry between the cast. But...not everyone likes the same things. If we did, life would be boring.

I love it, with its great storylines and dramatics. You get to know the people and their problems. It might be like a soap opera.....in the night. It keeps our interest.

I agree with you, I tried to watch ,but it's just plain terrible! I don't think there's anything else that boring on t.v.
