how do i keep the feathers in a feather pillow from coming out and sticking me they do even with a pillow case

I have a feather pillow and have to use 2 pillow cases to prevent that. If that fails buy a higher thread count fabric and sew a perm. case around the pillow and use the pillow case over that.
