You. That's not feasible. A recent picture. He needs something to look at and appreciate and know you are ok and thinking of him. And last but not least would be a nice personal letter or card that says I Love You. (and it could never be too long)

I would send him something that will remind him of home and you..Write a note telling him how much you love and miss him, include some pictures and maybe some of his favorite sweets or homemade cookies. I wouldn't send anything that's extremely valuable or expensive. Not only could it be damaged or missplaced, but he'll have to send all of his belongings back when he leaves.

Something that he may miss from home.
