How do you know when your kid going through puberty?

As I call their Hores start moaning "hormonal" rages. For boys, they will usually have a growth spurt, their voices will start to crack, get facial hair.... girls will start developing a figure (hips and breasts, monthly cycle) and of course, the curse of both sexes acne.

There are many signs. Just reflect back to your days going through puberty. Is your child a male or female?

I reccomend buying a book, thats what i did with my kids, and reading it together. Encourage them to talk to you about their changing body but if they are not comfortable (and they might not be, it is an embarassing topic for adolescents) they will have something to refer too.

best of luck,
email me with any questions/concerns

well it's best if the mother of the child asks them, you start with easy questions usually if their a girl they'll come to the mother for advice when they get their period, but the boys usually jsut keeps it to themselves so it's them that you have to loook out for, but it's best if you ask them around the age of 12 or 13 that's usually kinda before where they find out everything about puberty

If you don't even know the answer to this question, my guess is that you don't have a kid.
