Creativity used to be what made the halftime shows so great- It seems the last few years of this 'don mieschler entertaiment' taking over the direction of the half time shows they have lost the thrill and excitement. Superbowl halftime used to be great like the opening and closing Olympics ceremonies... Sure I like Prince and the others over the last 4 years but all we get now is a little quick concert, and not everyone has the same tastes. I say, "Bring back the entertaiment that the fans deserve to have and are paying for. Don Mieschler is getting paid a lot of money by all of us fans (advertisers pay big bucks so WE, the fans, buy their products)- Yes, on with the game, but how about on with the show also- no more lazy superbowl entertainment... the entertainment needs to be great fun for everybody. LOL, should we boycott Budweiser?

I hate Prince wtf is the NFL questioning. i'm like you I hate and am disguested via there decision come on wasn't the coastline boys avaliable or Santana or some female team. i understand they don't decide on a repeat of the Janet/Justin cloth wardrobe malfunction. yet supply me a smash that grow to be like 4 or better yrs in the past. people have forgotten and youthful youngsters like the superbowl and to have Prince on there. WTF is next the Nba is going to have the last Bee Gee's at there halftime educate of the all-action picture star sport. i'm boycotting the superbowl this 3 hundred and sixty 5 days because of the halftime educate.

The halftime show has always stunk. Halftime is for the game itself to let the players rest and the coaches to coach. I would like to see some type of competition (real wrestling match or boxing match) instead of lame music.

I prefer to watch the game. The bud commercials are stupid most of the time, the past few years the singers were lousy. Not sure if I will pay attention to the show and commercials this year. I may read when they are on.
