Sonetimes I see a colour and it reminds me of a certain time....nothing specific...just wondered if anyone knows what I'm on about.
Could be the drugs, of course.

i do get you...and its not just colours...its all kinds of things...i could go on all night abour our conscious memory and subconscious memory...they are so complicated that id be here for hours...the thing you have to remember though...excuse the pun...is that we also dont always remember what actually was...sometimes it gets all mixed up...or filed in the wrong place...sometimes our memories build themselves over little snippets of information...like colours...so the colours are the snippets...the clues...they cause us to feel something even if we dont know what...
colours have significance for us in other ways too...and produce certain energy in us because of that...
then again it could just be the drugs...;0)

I have that way more with certain smells and some bring tears to my eyes. A memory will come back so strong and fast that it feels like I was punched in the stomach, then it passes just as fast.
Yellow brings back childhood memories for me only because my bedroom was painted yellow and it was my least favorite color. My parents painted the room yellow since they didn't know if I was going to be a boy or a girl. For some reason I never painted over it even though I couldn't stand it and I dealt with it for 18 years.

Oh sure they do. Can be related to the color of your old bedroom walls, the first car you rode in for a family road trip, and sometimes whatever color you saw when a dominant smell was around.
The drugs only make them MUCH MORE tangible for some reason.

exactly like music when u hear specific song u remember either a bad memory or sometimes remember a good memory
our mind is full of memories that determined by specific elements in our nature

No but smells remind me of stuff. When I smell a certain aftershave I think of my papa.
