why wont myspace work?

it says "This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept
cookies."
what is this i tried using mozilla and internet all the other sites works?

go to internet options.

find browsing history.

delete everything including cookies.

i am going through the exact same thing and her i am going crazy deleting cookies and stuff and nothing will happen...then on internet explorer the page won't even pop up...
