Do you guys think physical is more important than intellect. Do you get intimidated if in life the your woman is in better conditions than you. Thanks.muah.

i agree many women belief looks are taking them far. Unfortunately looks or not long lasting while knowledge is.

It's not about intellect. It's about personality. And a man will only be "intimidated" by a woman, if he is insecure about his own accomplishments and standing in the world. There isn't a female alive or dead who could intimidate me - except maybe one holding a gun.

Personally i think intellect is more important, given the two. The reason is because, as a guy, i WANT a woman who is in better conditions. Although i hope to have other attributes that a woman would need in me.
Love is security. So, naturally, I would want a woman that i could feel secure around. And I would want a woman to feel secure around me.
So if a woman is physically beautiful, but can't give me a sense of security, and there is a woman that is less physically beautiful, but CAN give me a sense of securtiy - can be given with intellect - then i would go for the latter. The woman who could give me security.
But that's all my opinion.

I can only speak from experience. I am only 18 years old right now, and I sort of got intimidated by women who had their own place, had a much higher salary than I did, and had their own car which they could drive around. And nobody likes someone who talks down on other people, so if you've been doing a little "I'm smarter than you" thing, maybe you're just turning them off.

Haha no! Smart women are hot. Though, agreeably, I guess there probably would be some insecurity if the man was consistantly being corrected in the man's field of expertise, especially if the woman's field of expertise is something else. But I think that is just residual sexism; somewhat unavoidable in society since we don't even acknowledge its' presence.
Physical vs Intellectual: Well, honestly, to be a viable candidate for mating the woman should probably have qualitative success in both areas. It is better to be REALLY smart and moderately physically attractive than REALLY physically attractive and moderately smart. But, it is better to be moderate at both than it is to be REALLY smart and TOTALLY ugly, unfortunately. But then again, being REALLY smart and TOTALLY ugly is better than being TOTALLY stupid and REALLY physically attractive. At least to me, though I would predict that the vast majority of men think differently on the last statement.
I'm sorry if my honesty seems cruel, please understand that I trying to give you a true view of my perspective.
Many women today seem to be "idle" out of high school and rely on their looks to hook a man who makes money so they can enjoy the consumer lifestyle without doing any work to earn it. This is EXCESSIVELY UNATTRACTIVE! Gold digging is like being a prostitute who sticks to one customer. The only difference is that you don't get as much autonomy (freedom to act) and respect as a gold digger.

Of course they are. Having the brains can give you all the power in a relationship. But, if the smart woman wants to have a meaningful relationship, she will take the time and effort to earn the man's trust, so that it doesn't become a power struggle.

I enjoy being able to talk with a woman instead of just having sex. If she is intelligent, she is a jewel, not intimidating
