Sew a simple and small design on a corner of the hem in small silver sequins. Have silver glitter nail polish on fingers and toes. Wear drop earrings. You do not need a necklace with a halter neck.

Have your hair up to show off your neck and back. Just have a side swept fringe. Put a diamond stud in the cartilige piercing.

I would let my hair flow normally straight and do a manicure and pedicure with white nail polish on the tip of the nail and the rest of the nail a natural/nude and shiny colour. For the dress, I would decorate it with jewelry. Wear long earrings and a small, matching necklace or braclet. That should be enough jewelry. Almost any fancy style would be fine, but the jewelry should be silver and add some diamonds if you can. That would be a cute black & white/silver outfit!

For nails--an ultra shiny clear color, or black (very classy), or a translusent silver color.
Necklace--go for a pendant on a short chain or circle wire. It can be a silver pendant, or just an amazing pendant in any color to mix up your look. (if you choose color, make sure it's the only thing you have in that color)
Earrings--dangly silver ones, and small silver studs. (or you can wear small diamonds, just depends how shiny you want your look to be)

For your dress--do you have a thin shiny belt? It might look cute to wear a silver belt loosely around your waist (If you're not considered tall, don't do this! You will look shorter). And if you think your dress is TOO BORING, look in your yellow pages to see if there's a tailor or something along the lines of 'professional sparkle adder'--some silver sparkles on the flowy part of your dress would look amazing! (If you sew, pick up some very shiny silver thread and do loose, small, spare-ish stitches with the pattern of the cloth. Lots of work, but cheaper than having a pro do it.)

you should wear some red high heels and a red clutch. You can also try some small red earrings. Not too big or it will feel like you a wearing too much red. Try curling your hair. If you don't want red, wear a long silver linked necklace, and some studs. You can also wear a red or silver belt just at the waist and red or silver heels to go with it. Just some suggestions.

Do shiny colors that go together but don't match. Like metalic pink, blue and aqua... Or if the dance has a theme, go with those colors. How about: three necklaces in all of these colors where one is short, one is medium and one is long. Then do one color for the earrings, one color for the bracelts, and one color for the anklets. Oh, your hair sounds pretty! How about seperating your hair into five tiny braids on the top, and pull the rest of it back into a messy bun. And do kind of dramatic make-up that is diffrent from your everyday wear. Especially play up the eyes with black eyeliner (not completely, though, you'll look like a racoon!). Then do a shiny bright color on the lids of your eyes (but not a color that matches what your wearing), and black mascera. You will look georgeous!
