I wish I knew who you were & I would adopt you. I am the mother of four and if any of my children were gay, lesbian, transgendered or bi, I would accept them.
You do not choose who you are dear. God made you this way. I do not know why man continues on this path of destroying beautiul souls such as yourself. My heart aches for you.
While I can not guarantee you will go to heaven, please read some books by Mel White. I think it will make you feel better.
As a Christian, I could not believe the god I love would damn anyone for being born gay. Thankfully, I read some books that helped me understand that God is not against homosexuality - Man is.
Please reach out to some groups in your area that helps people like you understand you have done nothing wrong. I belong to AFFA (Aliance for full acceptance http://www.affa-sc.org/) I would urge you to contact them for a group in your area.
Not all of us heterosexual people feel hate toward you. Some of us hate the ones that cause you so much pain.
Again, I am sorry about your father.

Don't be so hard on yourself! Judge yourself through your standards of right and wrong not society's. You have to live with yourself 24/7 so be nice to yourself. Sorry to hear about your father. I can only imagine your difficulty but wishing for death will only bring you the opposite. You must try to live your life to the fullest everyday and be a good person for your sake and for the benefit of others. Don't come out to your family if you know they will only cause you harm. You don't need their acceptance to be happy. Live your life for you not others.

Only you can answer this question, dear. If you want to do this, and you are over 18,that is your choice. Only God can judge you and He said if one believes in Me,they will have ever lasting life. Never once did He say that gay ppl,bi ppl. trannies, or the like, will go to hell. MAN said that. Anyways, hun,My dad was gay and my mom ,bi,and give it time, maybe you can come out. Or do what I would do in that situation: give out subtle hints, go " butchy" wear camoflauge, watch "Ellen" and drop not so subtle hints about your chosen sexuality.

I am sorry that you believe in hell. But I know your father loved you and he would want you to be happy in life. Be happy with the way you are and make other people happy in your life. No use in making your life a hell just to satisfy someone elses beliefs in absurdities written to control people. good ventures to you

In one of His teachings to the disciples, Jesus tells the parable of the lost sheep. "If a shepherd has a hundred sheep, and one of them has gone astray, does he not leave the ninety-nine on the mountains and go in search of the one that went astray? And if He finds it, truly I tell you, He rejoices over it more than over the ninety-nine that never went astray." (Matthew 18:12-13)
To me, this made clear that God would leave the ninety-nine that know His love to find the one that feels separated from Him. Who better fits this category than gay people? Society has branded them as unworthy of God's love. Only in our minds can we separate ourselves from God's love. For in reality, separation from God is impossible. The sign over the door to the home of famed psychologist Carl Jung said it best, "Bidden or not bidden, God is present."
My favorite story in the Bible is about the adulterous woman brought before Jesus. It is my favorite because, to me, it illustrates two important concepts about God's nature. The first is God's unending capacity to love and forgive and the other is that judgment is God's domain, not mine.
If you recall in that story, the church elders stated, "Teacher, this woman was caught in the very act of committing adultery. Now in the law Moses commanded us to stone such women. Now what do you say?" (John 8:4-5)
Jesus knew the scriptures of which they spoke. In Leviticus 20:10 it states: "If a man commits adultery with the wife of his neighbor, both the adulterer and the adulteress shall be put to death."
To the surprise of all, Jesus blatantly violates the scripture by stating, "Let anyone among you who is without sin, cast the first stone." One by one they left, beginning with the Elders. Jesus asks of the adulterer, " Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you?" And Jesus says, "Neither do I condemn you." (John 8:7-11) How powerful and beautiful is this statement.
If the story were to be exchanged with a gay man, would Jesus have responded differently? Would He have said, "You have my blessing in stoning this man to death?" I don't think so. I believe Jesus would have said to the gay person, "Has no one condemned you? Neither do I condemn you."

Pray and ask God to help you and give you guidance. You are now grieving for your Dad. Only God can give you peace in your heart. He created you and he know you like no other. He knows the desires of your heart.
