Ok so i have a winter carnival dance coming up in 12 days and i HATE my dress. My mom was to cheap to go buy me a nice on so i have a used one that my aunt made and I hate it but thats the oly one she'll get me. All of my friends have beautiful gowns and i have that little embarrasing dress, everybody is going to make fun of me, what can I do or where can I get a gown for really cheap?

its not what you wear, its how you will carry it, just go on with that dress and look fabulously beautiful if you wear it with a smile and confidence

Check your neighborhood for second hand or consignment shops. They sometimes have gowns there or, you might look at a local bridal shop and see if they are having any clearance dresses that you might be able to wear.
You really need to talk to your mother about this and your aunt and see if you can work out a deal with them.

Do you have pets? Because it would be a shame if one of them were to have an accident on the dress, or scratch the dress, espically if there is no time for you aunt to make another one.

Check the internet, any nearby stores that carry formal dresses, see if anyone you know has a nice dress they'd be willing to let you borrow?

If you can borrow a dress from one of your friends and change before your get to the dance.
