I would like to know if you are selling items on ebay do you have an ebay store? I am thinking about 'opening' one but I am not sure how they work and if it is worth the monthly fee. So, who better to ask than people that have experience in the ebay stores. Thanks

Hi,

I have been selling on ebay since '98.
Stores are great if you have alot of the same item to sell. Kind of like a retail store. But if you are a "little guy" that has just a few items, that are not the same each week, then paying the fees for a store are not recommended. Plus, when a buyer does a normal search for an item, it does not list stores in the search results.

I get all my deals from http://www.dealchatter.com which already tells me the good deals to buy and sell on ebay.

Hope this helped

I sell things occasionally on eBay. I don't have a store. The biggest problem is the cost of shipping. Don't underestimate what those costs can be.
