i have been sued by a finace company who are trying to collect on a bad pool installed and the job was never finished i tried to pay for the work that was done but they want it alll

You are mad at the wrong people. The bank is only trying to collect on a debt. It is not their problem that the pool wasn't installed to your satisfaction. Sorry to be so to the point on this. You need to take it up with the better business bureau in your area and the board of contractors. But as far as the bank they just want their money repaid to them, you borrowed it so you have to pay it back. But remember you don't have to go with out the pool you are paying for. Sue the contractor for damages or repairing the pool to your satisfaction. But don't blame the bank they did and are doing nothing wrong. Sorry to hear about your bad luck and I hope you get this situation resolved as quick as possible, summer is coming up and you wanted to take a dip.

u gotta counter sue and present eveidence like the work isn't finished
like take photos that have dates imprinted on them when they r taken
