The siding section is exactly where the bathtube is located in the house, also I noticed the warping and the leak (some sort of black goo )happens more frequently during winter...

SInce you said it is worse in winter I'm going to suggest that maybe your exhaust fan for that bathroom is venting into the attic? It's condensing and finding its way down under the siding. Mold is the likely source of the color.

Get it looked at be a home repairs contractor.

You have a plumbing leak in a waste water line if not dude.. You dont even wanna know what that black goo is.. the haunted house thing would be better..

Feel sorry for ya, waste water shouldn't be anywhere near the siding if the house is less than 50 years old

you may have a damaged waste pipe from the bath, the black could be mould spores or worse... stagnant bath water!!, get a buider or plumber in to look, before it gets VERY costly.
