The blue field should be in the top-left corner (if hung against a building or something) and also at night it must be illuminated. It should never be allowed to touch the ground, and if it gets tattered you should replace it with a new one. The only accepted way to dispose of a flag is by burning it - sounds strange but it's a matter of the spirit it's done in. Reverence, not irreverence. Like you could not just throw it away!

The national flag should always fly higher than the state flag or any other flag besides it. It should not touch the ground and it is supposed to be lowered at certain times in respect of a death or crisis.

If it is displayed at night it should have a light shining on it all night long, it should not be flown upside down!
