i can't answer for sure because i don't watch pageants but i can tell you that every vietnamese community in america has a bunch of dress making shops. in addition, if the contestants travel back to vietnam, they can have any dress/suit they want made at a very low price.

Miss USA falling down TWO YEARS IN A ROW symbolizes the crash and burn of the USA. The USA is disintegrating as the politicians sell out our nation to the lowest bidder. Having Obama and McCain (who was hated very much by Republicans anyway since he is just like a Democrat socialist) as our two choices underscores that. MIss USA should not have been in the top 15 to begin with. There were some incredibly beautiful Latin girls and Asian girls who were not in the top 15. There is no way, other than being rigged, that the USA entrant should have been given the opportunity to fall on her butt--again--since she was a mutant compared to some of the real beauties that did not make it to the top 15. I'm glad she fell on her *** for these reasons.
