Just count up in binary starting from 0 and remember 1+1 = 10.

do you understand bases?

F in hex = 15.

15 in decimal = 1x10^1 + 5x10^0

15 in binary is 1111 = 1x2^3 + 1x2^2 + 1x2^1 + 1x2^0

so from 0 to F we have
0000 = 0
0001 = 1
0010
0011
0100
0101
0110
0111
1000
1001 = 9
1010 = A = 10
1011
1100
1101
1110
1111 = F = 15
