Spolied isn't the word. I treat my pets like family. My dogs and cats are loved to the max. I will do anything for them, even when I don't want to. They give love unconditionally to me for yrs. The least I can do is pet them when I'm tired. I take them for rides, to the park, etc. Play with the cats. Give them all little table scraps if they want. My one cat, Sammy< is right beside me every time i sit down to eat. He just wants one bite and he is happy. He will sit next to me then reach up and tap me once on the leg to remind me he is waiting. if I ignore him he will tap again in a minute. he keeps this up till he gets his bite and then goes away.
Dogs just sit and wait. LOL

My cat and parakeet are the best friends ever. They are always there for me. When I an sick or just down in the dumps they stay close to me and find all kinds of ways to make me laugh.
I in turn spoil them with love, food and so much more. When I get a fast food meal, I share some with them.
I once had a dog that was also a wonderful friend.
When we show our pets love and take special care of them; they in turn return that love and respect to us.
We can tell them anything and they will listen and keep our secrets. Animals are a Blessing to us from God.

I have two dogs. One is 7 years old and the other is just 1 year. I love them both. The 7 year old is really tuned into me. I have anxiety attackes. She senses when I'm stressed and lays by me. Petting her seems to help me calm down. Even when I push her away she'll keep coming back to lay by me. She is my best friend and I don't know what I'd do without her. The younger one has learned alot from the older one. Just like kids. I'd do anything for either one of them.

All of our boys are spoiled rotten.
They appreciate our company and will sense if one of us is not feeling well. My wife just had surgery and the 2 dogs have been closer than usual to her at night. The 2 cats have had it good though, they don't usually get to sleep on the bed but since my wife can only sleep in a sitting position for now she can't sleep on the bed, so they take their spots next to me.
All of them are either displaced or rescue animals, our first cat adopted us 7 years ago, and it's been wonderful ever since.

We just moved from a big place to a medium sized place and we are outside of town now. I find myself talking with my animals alot. (baby talk) and giving them treats and when I do get into town I like to find them toys. I have a dog, a cat and 3 budgies. I am lonely since my man works and I have no job. I like to take my dog out to play or for walks.

she will be 10 years old coming october 2007. people in the area where i live love watching her do her tricks she is so smart and we love her so much. her name is buffy.

i have a miniature horse and she is definitely my closest non human friend. she's sometimes easier to be around than my human friends! i think its cos she doesn't judge me or anything, like humans do. she's so peaceful and its nice to know that i have someone to be with when i get home if Ive had a bad day =) tho she also has mood swings and we can get annoyed by each other at times =P its a two way street, i respect her and she respects me. she's almost exactely like my human friends....
dunno if that answered your question....

yes my poodle, Zoe, is like my best friend, she's 6 yrs. old, and any time i cry for some reason, she knows, and she'll come and lick me, as if to say, "it'll be alright," kinda corny, but Zoe is the best dog in the world!! :)
and then of course my gerbils (i call them my boys) are my 2 twin boys, but they haven't been around as long as Zoe.

My cat Tum-Tum is my best friend because she's sweet, she meets me at the door when I come home,& purrs at me all the time. I am allergic to her but I would NEVER even think about getting rid of her.

Nope, my best friend can give me a ride to the doc if I get injured, none of the critters have a drivers license.
