yes u can now go 2 lavender town and fight the people who are possessed in the pokemon tower from the 2nd floor to the 6th floor which has the grown up marowak you'll have 2 fight and not catch but on your way up you'll run into your rivial who u must fight 2 continue on in the tower. good luck on your pokemon journey :)

i think you keep it, and go back to lavender town, and now you can see the ghosts.
