Without knowing who you are or your age level or grade level, how about dyeing of fabrics with natural colors, with and without a mordant. As for the natural colors, you would have to buy turmeric, saffron, walnuts, berries of various kinds from a supermarket. For the mordant, you would have to buy Burrow's solution from a drug store. Maybe they have tannic acid also. You must also buy "pure" fabrics from a store. By pure, I mean cotton and polyester, but no cotton/polyester blend. Buy wool, silk, acrylic, acetate. The point is to dye fabrics with natural colors, then dry and wash and dry and wash and dry. Are the colors fast? That is, do they last? Are they fast to washing? You see from my profile that I am open to email and messaging. Tell me if you see something interesting in this.
