i am trying to email a rental application what do i need to do step by step?

Scan it and then you have the option to send it as an attachment to an email or with some systems as an email itself. Scan it , put it in "My Documents" put the curser on the document and right click the mouse -- you will get a pull down menu and one of the options is to email it to a friend -- highlight that option and left click your mouse. After a few seconds your browser should open and enter the email address you want to send it to.

Not sure, but try sending it like you would a picture. With my set up I would scan the agreement bring it up on my PC attach it to an E-mail.
