A little trip somewhere nice? A place that caters to couples and allows cozy privacy? (B&Bs often do that).

Give her "coupons" she can redeem throughout the year. You know her best and know what she'll like but here's a few ideas:
-Next time we go to the movies, you get to pick the movie, no matter what
-Pick a day and I'll call in sick and spend the day with you.
-One candlelit dinner on the night of your choice
-One foot massage
-One day of my company for shopping/running errands without a single complaint from me
-One night, no T.V., just talking and me holding you.

etc, etc, etc...

Depending on where you live...if it is warm - treat her to an outside picnic with lit candles, etc....even in the middle of the day. Open the trunk of your car and take out a kite for kite flying.

If you have snow - sculpt a snow heart for her..............do the picnic thing inside!!

The person who says naming a star after her....wow - that hits it!! That would be so romantic!!!

make this Valentine's Day Heavenly....low lighting, candles, a dinner...and then give the gift of eternity: name a star after her.
p.s. maybe take her for a ride in a limo to a place where you can view a starry sky?

Well forget about all the typical V-day stuff and think about HER. What does she really like, what is important to her? The best gift you can give someone is showing that you "get" them. Hope I helped.
