3.6 yards = 3 yards 10 inches (6/10 of 36 = 48 over 5 = 9 3/5 = 10 inches) I don't think they will cut fabric to the fraction.

3 1/2 yards = 3 yards 18 inches
18 inches = 18 inches

3 yards + 3 yards = 6 yards
10 inches + 18 inches + 18 inches = 46 inches = 1 yard, 10 inches

6 yards + 1 yard = 7 yards
10 inches = 10 inches

answser 7 yards, 10 inches

Convert everything to decimals.

3.6 is already in decimal form.

What is the decimal form of 2 1/2?

A yard is 36 inches, so what is the decimal form of 18/36? (Simplfy it first.)

One of these is your final answer:
6.8 yards
6.6 yards
6.4 yards
6 yards
or not enough info to tell.

3.6 yards = 129.6 inches; 2 1/2 yards = 90 inches; 18 inches = 18 inches (obviously)!

129.6 inches + 90 inches + 18 inches = 237.6 inches

Convert 237.6 inches to yards and you get 6.6 yards!

Hope I did my math correctly! :)
