my son has been returned to me form cps he is on ssi how do i find out where his checks are?

Contact the Social Security Administration and let them know that your son is back in your custody. It may still be going to the facility or foster parent where he was staying. If that's the case, SSA will ask for the funds to be returned by sending the CPS housing provider and overpayment notice and you will eventually receive those funds for the months he is living with you.
