No.. dogs communicate through body language and barks.. dogs from other countries surely understand each other.. only humans speak in diff. languages..

No, it's the breeds that have different languages. A poodle can't really make it self understood to a boxer by barking. When this happens, they all have common unspoken language.... they sniff each others butts.

you know they are so intelligent they understand. my mother-in-law came to live with uis and only speaks spanish. our dog understood everything!!! right away too
