lol! this is a great question!!!
There's not a Mexican Disney princess... yet.
By the way...El Dorado is not aztec themed, and is not a Disney movie.
I think the closer would be the beautiful singer of "Saludos Amigos". Have you seen it? She sings "Solamente una vez" floating over Mexico city, with Donald duck falling in love with her... quite funny.
Maybe she's a "royal spirit" of Mexico city... maybe... lol
Disney should take one of the great prehispanic legends of Mexico and make a new classic out of it. But a real animated classic, not some silly 3D comedy trying to mimic Shrek.
If they picked "The legend of the volcanoes (Popocatepetl and Iztaccihuatl", we would have our Mexican princess.

No, there isn't - odd, isn't it? And, to the person who named Jasmine - she's definitely Arabic, not Mexican. The movie El Dorado is themed with Aztecs...however, quite princess-less....

Not that I Know of. And the second response is wrong. Jasmine is not hispanic at all. She is Egyptian.David Spade plays an Indian on the emperors new groove, not a hispanic.
