give me one reason why u smoke ? escaping from ur problems? or u feel that it complete ur personality with other people?

I grew up where my family and all my friends smoked. Plus, since I have so many medical problems and am in constant stress with work and my overall life, it's a good stress reliever. Menthols help me go to sleep at night, otherwise I get insomnia because I can't relax. Also, I'm a former drug addict. Going cold turkey on drugs is not the easiest thing in the world. What's worse, illegal or legal?

I don't smoke,but when you smoke your brain releases dopamine.It's only temporary so you have to light up another to feel the same effect.That's when addiction comes in.That's why you feel relaxed because of the dopamine.

I have never smoked in my life. Thank goodness this isn't about having a sweet tooth though or I'd be in trouble. I'd rather have something to show for my money rather than emphysema.

I dont smoke, but if you smoke cigarettes a lot you get addicted to them, so its really hard to stop. Nicotine is really addictive....

i dont smoke but my husband used to and he said it was the worst addiction he'd ever had but he only did it cause he liked doing it
