My whole physical appearance because I'm ugly. My internal-self also could use a good tune up.

I try not to think about that since I can't actually CHANGE anything (concerning my physical appearance). Now, the one thing I would like to change is my teendency to be really mean, bitter, and spiteful to the people I dislike.
