I've always had trouble obtaining parts for LG. Check your local parts houses and see if the STOCK parts for LG. Back orders take 10 days.

I just put a motor in my Maytag that I have been using for 10 years, about 4 times a day. I won't own any other appliance at this point in my life. They cost more but they last and if your just a little mechanically inclined you can work on them. I get my parts on line.

If you don't over load, clean the filter, and keep the exhaust from getting restricted most brands are the same.

LG has a larger drum......energy settings....and longer warranty..
